    Last year, one of our biggest successes came from our seasonal launches. The Platinum box was your favourite, remember? Our customers let us know that they love themes…and we listened!

    This year, the collections are even more unique, versatile and special. Below, we are announcing our main products for this year’s Spring, Easter and Summer collections. Stay tuned for more reveals during the season, as our menu will update weekly! Also, remember that even though we are entering a season, all of our products and packaging are still fully customizable!

    Spring 2026

    The time of new flowers, leaves and rays of sunshine. Animals awaken from their Wintersleep and clouds move to a different side of the World. Everything is renewing after a period of stillness, cold and darkness. That needs to be celebrated, don’t you think?

    We at Dough & Co. came up with quite a few good ideas on how to incorporate the feeling of Spring into various cookies. We don’t just want them to be tasty, we want them to feel like a new beginning. We asked you to share your ideas, and you did. Our design team worked night and day to combine and tweak those ideas and finally designed the flavours below.

    The Bee – Like Butter

    A delicious butter cookie with a soft, buttery texture and a creamy, lemon and milk flavoured frosting. A refreshing, yet creamy and rich cookie that opens your tastebuds and soothes your Soul.

    The Rosey Cupcake

    A red velvet cupcake made with real red velvet batter (beet juice instead of food colouring) with delicious, melted white chocolate chips, topped with a creamy, refreshing white ganache. A new take on a classic flavour.

    The Green Leaf

    A delicious matcha cookie with an oriental, yet sweet flavour with a sweet miso cream topping and white sour cream frosting. Sweet, earthy, sour and refreshing, a taste combination you can’t refuse. Trendiness combined with rich flavour and balance.

    Easter 2026

    The season of the Easter bunny, eggs (chocolate and chicken), chicks and lots of delicious food. A fun, Sunny Holiday that we all look forward to is around the corner and we cannot let you go to your family or friends’ houses emptyhanded.

    We designed these three delicious desserts inspired by your requests and last year’s successes, which you can read more about here.

    Inspired by classic Easter desserts, ingredients and the feeling of togetherness, here are our top picks!

    The Carrot Cake Cookie

    A classic treat. Organic carrots mixed with buttery, soft cookie dough and cinnamon chips, then topped with a delicious sour and sweet cream frosting. A soft cookie with an intense topping and a hint of cinnamon to remind us of the season we came from.

    Chocolate Egg Chip Cookie

    We had to do it. A twist on our signature chocolate chip cookie. The same quality and recipe that you rely on us for, with one change: the chocolate chips are now mini chocolate eggs! This colorful cookie will make you feel cozy and right at home.

    Strawberry Shortcake Waffle

    A delicious Dutch Stroopwafel filled with caramel and topped with strawberry infused white chocolate. A rich and flavorful dessert that is delicious when eaten with a cup of coffee or tea, or simply enjoyed as a dessert or snack.

    Summer 2026

    What does it remind you of? The beach, the water, hot weather, fruits…you named it all. Summer is a time of enjoying the outside, nature, people, foods and drinks, but people are less fond of desserts this time of year. You’d think that that would be a problem for us, but we’ve already found the solution!

    We combined your suggestions with our own inspiration (read more about our inspiration to creation process here) and created these delicious, refreshing desserts.

    The Key Lime Cupcake

    A delicious, soft cookie kneaded from our signature sugar cookie recipe and combined with a hint of mint, then topped with key lime frosting and white chocolate chips. Something that most people cannot say they’ve ever tried. Something unique.

    The Blueberry Muffin

    A firm and doughy, vanilla flavored muffin filled with fresh blueberries and topped with sugar crunch bits. A classic dessert with an interesting twist that you cannot go wrong with.

    Mango Milk Cookie

    A cookie with rich mango flavor and a soft mango coulis filling, topped with delicious milk ganache with a hint of lemon. A balance between rich and buttery and refreshing goodness.

    Final Thoughts

    Thanks to your help and input and our designers’ expertise, we were able to develop very unique and delicious new desserts for the upcoming seasons. But that’s not all…we still have some surprises up our sleeves, so stay tuned for more!

    Mass produced cookies are made in very large quantities, which takes away the opportunity for incorporating quality ingredients, unique tastes and personalization. Since the products are mass produced and large quantities become available at a time, companies add high amounts of additives and preservatives to create a certain colour and to achieve a longer expiration date. Production facilities are automated and there is little to no personal touch involved. Machines run the show.

    How do you recognize mass produced cookies? Well, take a look at the expiration date. Is it far away? Then the cookies are likely mass produced. You can also check the ingredients and the manufacturer on the back of the packaging, to see who you are buying from and what exactly you will be consuming.

    At Dough & Co., smaller batches are created at a time, because we want to slowly knead and incorporate the right ingredients. We also have to produce lower quantities at a time, because each batch needs to be tested to make sure it fits our standards perfectly. Little to no preservatives are involved and the ones that are used, contain minimal chemicals to ensure natural and unique taste and flavours, especially during special seasons.

    Our production process incorporates true craftmanship and expertise, which is one of the most important pillars of quality cookies. Most importantly, at Dough & Co. we take our time to develop, mix, knead, shape, bake and packaging the right products, because quality will always be worth more than quantity.

    The Journey Behind Every Cookie

    So where do we get these ingredients? And how do we make sure that they are really high quality? We make sure that our suppliers are Fair Trade certified, sustainable in their harvesting practices and produce quality ingredients from butter, to flour and chocolate – all of our ingredients are of top quality. Our ingredients are tested for quality, consistency and bacteria to make sure only the best ingredients are used.After receiving the right ingredients, our expert bakers combine the ingredients in batches, mix, knead and cut them into the right shapes, after which the cookies are baked in top quality ovens.     Taste, Texture and Perfection

    We develop collections, flavour combinations and packaging on a weekly basis. For the perfect taste, we combine trends, seasonal influences and timeless classics, as well the perfect, natural ingredients to achieve specific flavours.

    Our experts test the flavours before production to make sure that the flavours are desired. If the flavour is not rated well, new batches are made with changes recipes and tested, until the right mix is discovered.  We make sure our cookies are baked at the right temperature, that they have the right shape and consistency and that they are cooled properly to ensure the perfect texture.     The Cookie Making Process – Where The Magic Happens

    Have you ever wondered how cookies are made? It seems logical right? When we bake cookies at home, we buy what we need from the supermarket, knead the dough and bake the cookies…pretty simple. Well, at Dough & Co., the process is a bit different and it might surprise you. Here’s how.

    The Best Ingredients

    A cookie is nothing without its ingredients. Ingredients make the taste, so we make sure that ours come from the best possible suppliers. We use real butter, Fair Trade chocolate, organic fruits and flour and the best quality almond flour.

    Once we receive our ingredients from the supplier, they are additionally tested and sifted through to ensure top quality and hygiene. Lab professionals and factory heroes with years of experience are appointed to these jobs and perform them like experts every day.

    Mixing, Kneading and Spreading

    At home, you are doing it all, mixing the ingredients, kneading the dough and spreading the cookies out on a baking tray. At Dough & Co., the process is highly automated to ensure efficiency, but we have expert factory bakers monitoring and adding to the process, to ensure that true craftsmanship is added.

    The mixing of the wet ingredients happens in large batches. Ingredients are added one by one until the right consistency is formed. Each batch is individually tested by our expert bakers to ensure the right taste and top quality.

    The dry ingredients are then slowly added until the perfect cookie dough forms. Of course, this dough is tested too. Next, the dough is spread out on large trays and formed individually by a machine, then double checked.

    Baking and Packaging

    The cookies are then baked in giant ovens of the best quality. We bake our cookies at high temperature to ensure a crispy outside layer and then reduce to a lower heat to keep the inside soft.

    Once the cookies are done backing, they are removed from the oven and places in a cooling unit to cool down. Once they are cooled down, our employees package the cookie boxes according to order. This process can take quite some time, as our boxes are completely customizable.

    All orders are double checked (including allergy indications!) before they are sent out and ready for delivery.
