This year, the collections are even more unique, versatile and special. Below, we are announcing our main products for this year\u2019s Spring, Easter and Summer collections. Spring 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The time of new flowers, leaves and rays of sunshine. Animals awaken from their Wintersleep and clouds move to a different side of the World. Everything is renewing after a period of stillness, cold and darkness. That needs to be celebrated, don\u2019t you think?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We at Dough & Co. came up with quite a few good ideas on how to incorporate the feeling of Spring into various cookies. We don\u2019t just want them to be tasty, we want them to feel like a new beginning. We asked you to share your ideas, and you did. Our design team worked night and day to combine and tweak those ideas and finally designed the flavours below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A delicious matcha cookie with an oriental, yet sweet flavour with a sweet miso cream topping and white sour cream frosting. Sweet, earthy, sour and refreshing, a taste combination you can\u2019t refuse. Trendiness combined with rich flavour and balance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Easter 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The season of the Easter bunny, eggs (chocolate and chicken), chicks and lots of delicious food. A fun, Sunny Holiday that we all look forward to is around the corner and we cannot let you go to your family or friends\u2019 houses emptyhanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Carrot Cake Cookie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A classic treat. Organic carrots mixed with buttery, soft cookie dough and cinnamon chips, then topped with a delicious sour and sweet cream frosting. A soft cookie with an intense topping and a hint of cinnamon to remind us of the season we came from.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Summer 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What does it remind you of? The beach, the water, hot weather, fruits\u2026you named it all. Summer is a time of enjoying the outside, nature, people, foods and drinks, but people are less fond of desserts this time of year. You\u2019d think that that would be a problem for us, but we\u2019ve already found the solution!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We combined your suggestions with our own inspiration (read more about our inspiration to creation process here<\/a>) and created these delicious, refreshing desserts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Key Lime Cupcake<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A delicious, soft cookie kneaded from our signature sugar cookie recipe and combined with a hint of mint, then topped with key lime frosting and white chocolate chips. Something that most people cannot say they\u2019ve ever tried. Something unique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to your help and input and our designers\u2019 expertise, we were able to develop very unique and delicious new desserts for the upcoming seasons.
